Your profile Drive the development of innovative AI solutions cross-business domains that generate tangible impact, enabling faster and more efficient processes. In particular, drive the development of Agentive AI solutions and the company strategy in this innovation field.

Ensure that future products align with and exceed the expectations of our clients, acting as a vital bridge between our customers and product teams.

Offer deep cross-cutting business expertise within large enterprises, helping to understand needs and requirements of our clients to maximize ROI opportunity and product adoption.

Summarise requests across different stakeholders relating to the .Pro module and prioritise, working with internal teams to drive user activation while ensuring ongoing user engagement.

Drive user engagement and adoption of our .Pro module within our customers, managing the process and communications externally within our customers.

Create awareness and support with internal product marketing.

Qualifications Preferable to be located in Spain or Germany

5+ years\' experience in corporate settings with a strong understanding of high-level business / enterprise decisions and a strong finance background. Experience within the pharma industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of cross-business domain practices and trends.

Experience in data analysis.

Strong stakeholder management experience within large corporates, including at a C-level suite.

Passion for technology and digital innovation. Knowledge about Agents / Agentive AI.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Independent worker and able to take responsibility that timelines are met

Strategically look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision on small details

Simplify the complex and communicate effectively

Bachelor, Master or MBA degree would be advantageous.

Business knowledge of various domains is a plus : Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Go to Market...
