Overview As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our fast-growing software business.
This individual will be responsible for validating and nurturing leads, as well as managing multichannel communication activities to ensure accurate and complete data is passed through to sales executives or Business Partner Managers.
This is an on-site position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and produce results with a strong sense of teamwork.
Responsibilities Manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture and place information of validated leads into the central CRM system.
Pass on Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales team, or business partner sales team.
Plan and manage contact strategies to support audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, retention and to reduce churn rates.
Liaise closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the CRM and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns, and ensure a fast and efficient lead passing process.
Maintain accurate and clean customer records in CRM database, including all interactions, customer contacts, and product ownership information.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent, 2-4 years\' experience of software sales and lead management, and advanced English language skills. Fluency in German is also required, and native German speaker is a plus.
