Responsibilities Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.

Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.

Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.

Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

Qualifications You have a C1 level of English and are fluent in Dutch.

You are preferably available full-time.

You will be working from our Valencia office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5-6 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period.

What We Offer Permanent position with an indefinite contract from the beginning.

Telecommuting policy of up to 50% of the monthly working hours after the adaptation period (approx. 5-6 months).

Salary : €22-24.000 gross per year.
