Join our client's team as a Customer Support Agent, assisting travelers with hotel bookings, inquiries, and special requests.

Responsibilities Handle inbound calls related to hotel reservations and customer inquiries

Complete bookings and assist with changes or special requests

Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset

Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently

Candidate profile Native Portuguese (Portugal) + Fluent Spanish with good English communication skills

Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred

Professional, calm, and customer-friendly phone manner

Open to working shifts and weekends

Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga

Employer offers 9 months (extendable) with a 2-month trial period

Salary of €19.000 gross / year

39-hour work week with shifts between 08 : 00–23 : 00 (including weekends)
