Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German

Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions

Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings

Upgrade bookings from customers

Requirements Native German speaker + fluent English skills

Previous customer service and / or sales experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Willingness to work on-site in Málaga

Offer Permanent contract (39 hours / week) after a 2-month probation period

Competitive salary of €21,500 gross per year

Welcome bonus of €1,500 gross

Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 08 : 00-22 : 00, including alternate weekends

Paid training (on-site)
