F&B Operations Coordinator

Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled F&B Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the logistics and procurement processes, as well as menu engineering and food costs analysis.

Responsibilities

• Logistics : Support the flow of goods from Italy and France to Spain; Ensure timely deliveries and manage stock levels; Provide solutions for any logistical issues that may arise
• Procurement : Support the restaurants' purchasing needs; Manage supplier relationships and ensure data accuracy; Contribute to non-food procurement and stock management
• Menu Engineering & F&B Costs : Assure process compliance : receipt validation, document use, ordering, recipes, inventories; Support menu changes processes and performance analysis; Inventory support : quality assurance of data (opening and closing balances)

Qualifications

Requirements : The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B operations and a strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and menu engineering principles.
