About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge and Events professional to join our team.

About You :

• You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, including handling events with 80+ guests, coordinating special requests, and maintaining knowledge of brand features and ship information.
• You should have a background in front desk / receptionist experience in a hotel environment, as well as experience in handling different types of events.
• You should be able to speak English clearly and distinctly, and have excellent communication skills.
