Hr Manager - Southern Europe (Madrid)

We are constantly moving forward and looking for a Human Resources Manager Southern Europe to support our growth in the solar industry.

Overseeing HR functions in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal

Working closely with stakeholders to manage day-to-day HR issues and mitigate compliance risks

Responsible for all HR matters including onboarding, payroll, HR letters, training, visa applications, etc.

Managing and updating employee information in HR systems

Responsible for annual performance, talent, and salary reviews in collaboration with EU HR

Developing and implementing HR policies and processes

Participating actively in HR projects

Collaborating with HR colleagues within EU and China

Leading a team of 3-4 HR Business Partners

Your profile

Degree in Human Resources or a related field

Minimum of eight years of similar experience

Excellent command of Spanish and English; knowledge of French, Italian, or Chinese is a plus

Strong time management and organizational skills

Team player with great attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
