What we look for?

For our Human Resources department, we are looking for an experienced Regional HR Head for Spain & LATAM to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. You will lead a team of 5 people , and will be part of a team specialized in talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development , working closely with our senior leadership and contributing to the success of one of our most dynamic regions.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be :

• Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionals
• Represent UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externally
• Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region
• Lead and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
• Manage complex employee relations and performance issues
• Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes
• Support training and development initiatives for managers and employees
