Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnering with a global leader in Consultancy, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who holds experience within Management Consultancy to join their European People & Culture team, based in Madrid with occasional travel due to growth.
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating the employee experience across multiple European markets, embedding a people-first culture and aligning HR strategy with business growth. You will be hands-on across the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organisational performance.Lead initiatives across talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.Provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and coaching.Supports leaders in managing organizational change, cultural shifts and transformation initiatives as the organisation grows through planned acquisitionsEnsure compliance with local labour laws and mitigate HR-related risks.Drive a culture of excellence, embedding the company’s core values and DE&I initiatives.Use HR data and analytics to inform people strategies and business decision-making.About You
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner role or similar operating within Management Consultancy with an international or multi-country context.Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, with wider European exposure highly desirable.A hands-on generalist with expertise across employee relations, organisational design, and performance management.Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.Comfortable operating remotely, while remaining connected and collaborative with colleagues across Europe.Passionate about creating a culture where people feel engaged, empowered, and inspired to deliver excellence.Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led, international organisation where the employee is at the heart of every decision.
