Descripción del trabajoVloeiend in de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) is een vereiste. Goede beheersing van het Engels om vlot te kunnen communiceren met collega’s en klanten. Een diploma secundair onderwijs (middelbare school) of gelijkwaardig. Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden om klantvragen efficiënt af te handelen. Vlot in het gebruik van computersystemen en bekend met diverse softwaretoepassingen. Beschikbaarheid om flexibele werkuren te draaien, inclusief avonden, weekends en feestdagen. Verantwoordelijkheden
Wat ga je doen?
- Behandelen van inkomende en uitgaande klantgesprekken op een professionele en vriendelijke manier, met als doel een positieve klantervaring.
- Verstrekken van nauwkeurige en tijdige informatie over onze uiteenlopende producten, diensten en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
- Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen, klachten en het oplossen van problemen, met focus op klanttevredenheid en het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.
- Alle klantinteracties zorgvuldig documenteren voor een volledig en accuraat klantdossier.
- Effectief samenwerken met collega’s en verschillende afdelingen om processen te verbeteren en een soepele service te garanderen.
