Your role

Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients. You’ll listen actively, direct questions to the right place, and support customers with clear solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first contact for customer inquiries.
  • Route questions to the right department quickly and accurately.
  • Meet KPIs while delivering excellent service.
  • Follow policies and procedures with accuracy and compliance.

What You Need

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) & excellent English (C1)
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
