What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a CRM Manager who combines operational precision with creative outreach.
Someone who can build and manage our end‑to‑end developer acquisition funnel – from initial contact to booked intro call – while constantly optimizing performance.
You’ll own the entire outreach process : design and execute multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, DMs), write personalized messages that convert, and maintain a clean, structured funnel in Pipedrive.
You’ll be the first human touchpoint with potential sellers, representing Bluethrone’s brand, values, and professionalism in every written interaction.
This is a back‑office role that requires native‑level written English, excellent communication skills, and a sharp sense of detail.
You’ll work closely with the Acquisition Leads to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and a smooth handover to our acquisition process.
What you’ll be doing
Outreach & Funnel Management
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach.Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, and other direct channels).Write clear, natural, native‑level English messages that drive engagement and trust.Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage.Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.Optimization & Analysis
Continuously analyse outreach performance and implement improvements.Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works.Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.Collaboration
Work closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover.Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging.Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.What you’ll need to succeed
Native‑level English, especially written.3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales, ideally targeting our audience – mobile app developers and digital product founders.Proven ability to write engaging, conversion‑driven outreach messages.Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive.Highly organised, methodical, and detail‑oriented.Hands‑on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve.Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.⭐️ Bonus points for :
