We are looking for CRM Operations Manager to join a fast-paced marketing environment and take ownership of CRM execution across global B2B and B2C brands. This position focuses on building scalable, data-driven customer engagement journeys using leading CRM platforms and real-time event tracking systems.
The role is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation is supported by the company).
Responsibilities :
- Execute and continuously optimize lifecycle journeys, one-off campaigns, and automated flows via email, SMS, and push channels
- Monitor Kafka event data using Coralogix to detect and resolve data flow issues impacting CRM campaigns
- Build and maintain dynamic audience segments to enable highly personalized communication
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to align infrastructure, logic, and delivery
- Own QA, error monitoring, and platform testing to ensure flawless execution
- Support configuration of promotional logic and bonus mechanics based on deposit size, expiration, and wagering criteria
- Conduct regular audits of campaigns to ensure high deliverability, performance, and relevance
- Maintain an organized template and snippet library to streamline campaign creation
- Troubleshoot journey errors and collaborate with senior team members on resolution
- Contribute to performance tracking, A / B test reporting, and campaign analysis
Requirements :
2–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or retention, preferably in iGaming / gambling industryHands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar toolsSolid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategies, and personalizationComfortable working with data tools—knowledge of Power BI, Postman, or Coralogix is a plusMeticulous attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to operational tasksProactive and eager to work with complex systems, always looking for ways to improve workflowsStrong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyUpper-intermediate level of proficiency in EnglishWhat’s in it for you :
