Your Role : We seek an ambitious and proactive E-commerce Experience Optimization Lead to spearhead key programs focused on enhancing the seller experience. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring performance metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead e-commerce experience optimization planning, including KPI setting, monitoring key metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies, and defining best practices.
- Design and launch new programs to improve the overall seller experience and support business objectives.
- Be an expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance.
- Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
- Own and manage P&L and budgeting for e-commerce experience optimization programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with financial goals.
- Explore business opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for growth.
- Collaborate with various expert teams to rollout effective products and services improvements.
- Manage the relationship with external partners supporting seller onboarding.
- Drive alignment between stakeholders and act as main point of contact.
Requirements
A Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Business or Technical discipline).Proficient English is a must for this position; additional languages are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with SQL and data querying.Straightforward experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights / risks, transforming them into action plans, and measuring success.Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as the primary driver.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.Problem-solving mindset.Energetic and adaptable to change.Application Process
