L2 Application Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of L2 Application Support specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in IT or a related field to contribute their expertise to a global customer in the banking sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing level 2 application support, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and analyze complex problems. A strong understanding of Unix, shell scripting, Windows OS at server level, Java application servers, databases, and AWA (an advantage) is essential for success in this role.
Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or a related field, as well as a solid grasp of business requirements, technical documentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of German is an asset.
