We are looking for a Lead Domain Specialist (Enterprise Support Specialist) to join our team
The Lead Domain Specialist acts as a focal person to streamline product knowledge and domain-related projects in different features throughout the software.
They maintain a high level of technical and communication skills while delivering our users with solutions by working on tickets that come in via emails, chats and calls.
Please note, this role is for the later shift, so work hours will be 12pm - 9pm CET.
