Renewable Energy Project Coordinator

Overview

We're seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our Support and Maintenance team. As a key member of the US Operations department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SCADA systems and control centers for renewable energy generation assets.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers on day-to-day projects and services. This will involve evaluating customer specifications, coordinating activities with internal teams, and monitoring service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You'll also be responsible for resolving third-level incidents, preparing regular service reports, and providing training to customers and users on the use of Bluence. Additionally, you'll identify and evaluate new requirements to continuously improve our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in Energy Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power, is highly desirable.
• You should have basic knowledge of networks and database management, as well as skills in troubleshooting systems.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as IEC-104, DNP3, OPC, and Modbus is also beneficial.
