Overview

Renewable Energy Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Coordinator to play a central role in the operations team.

About the Role :

This position involves coordinating and analyzing the performance of renewable energy assets across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze asset performance through our overlay SCADA system.
  • Coordinate the integration of new projects into the overlay SCADA platform.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (production, availability, PR, etc.) and incidences.
  • Develop, update, and manage internal databases (SQL, Power BI).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing and maintaining procedures, methods, and internal tools.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly internal project performance reports.
  • Supervise telecommunications troubleshooting with providers for the assets.
  • Collaborate with asset management teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Work with other departments to align operations and results with expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering preferred). A Master's degree is considered a strong plus.
  • Up to 4 years of professional experience in the energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Solid organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical data and write clear performance reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI; experience with SCADA monitoring systems is a strong plus.
