Chief Talent Development Officer

Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end hiring strategies for key EMEA roles, particularly in data centres, tech, and infrastructure.

Build robust pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement of passive talent across markets.

Serve as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing campaigns to grow awareness and talent communities.

Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver successful hiring outcomes.

Cultivate a diverse workforce and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements Experience in Talent Acquisition across EMEA, preferably in data centre, technology, or infrastructure sectors.

Strong sourcing skills and proven success engaging passive talent.

Proficiency in Spanish and English; other European languages advantageous.

A results-driven individual comfortable with ambiguity, agile, adaptable, and always learning.

Confident working independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven recruiting.
