Overview Job Title : Real Estate Finance Expertise

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, responsible for managing transactions across the lifespan of a Development Finance facility. As a key member of the underwriting team, you will be involved in the due diligence and underwriting process, reviewing initial deal information and preparing financial models, producing key underwriting documentation, and coordinating communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications 5 years relevant industry experience

Spanish speaker

Experience coordinating with solicitors and reviewing finance / security documents

Degree educated; further education pertaining to property and real estate is a plus

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and brokers

Excellent mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the overall due diligence / underwriting process

Review initial deal information and prepare financial models in accordance with internal policies to share terms with clients

Produce key underwriting documentation, in particular, detailed credit applications, with direction from Deal Originators and support from the Deal Execution team

Review professional reports with the Head of Credit

Coordinate and lead communication with clients and stakeholders

Attend client meetings and contribute to new business development activities

Working with Our Team You will work closely with senior, board-level stakeholders and be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality results. This is a key hire reporting into the Global Head of Underwriting, and your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.
