Job Title : Licensed Aircraft Engineer

About Emirates Engineering : We seek experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our team in Dubai. This could be an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment.

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will perform routine maintenance tasks and defect rectification of aircraft according to company and regulatory procedures.

Key responsibilities include :

• Performing aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks according to manufacturer and safety procedures.
• Ensuring assigned zones / aircraft are maintained as per the latest revisions of approved technical publications.
• Handling off-aircraft tasks such as spares handling and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
• Determining and using appropriate tooling / equipment for tasks, ensuring cost-effective and efficient troubleshooting.
• Carrying out component changes as necessary, following AMM, IPC, or manufacturer documentation.
• Adhering to safety rules and regulations, maintaining excellent housekeeping conditions, and reporting any deficiencies.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, and senior engineers to highlight operational issues and ensure seamless information flow.
• Completing detailed reports on service delays, incidents, and accidents to facilitate maintenance planning and improvement.
• Managing staff performance through performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
• Attending training modules as required to enhance skills and comply with CAR 145 requirements.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (apprenticeship) in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering as a certifying staff.
