We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has experience working with large-scale SaaS solutions, who is not just skilled in engineering but who is also a visionary that thrives on collaboration across varying levels of expertise and domains. About the Role :

In this dynamic position, you'll play a key role in driving new initiatives for our AML and Applications solutions from concept to execution. At Fourthline we implement cloud-agnostic SaaS solutions, and your mission will be to drive automation, foster innovation and deliver solutions that resonate with our business partner’s needs by advancing our proprietary, market-leading technological capabilities. Your leadership will ensure that your engineering teams—comprising a range of engineers from Engineer I to Staff+ level—excel in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do :

• Build, mentor and retain two of our high-performing, cross-functional (BE, FE & QA) engineering teams based in Amsterdam. Think recruitment, 1-1’s, and enabling your team to excel by nurturing an environment of growth, innovation and productivity.
• Manage all phases of the development lifecycle from design to post deployment and take accountability for timely and efficient delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Act as a key point for system design and architecture by facilitating technical topics with an understanding of our enterprise architecture and vision for our Applications domain which consists of our AML, Payments and Electronic Signatures solutions.
• Take responsibility for Engineering KPI’s and OKR’s and monitor and deliver results on topics that move Fourthline forward.
• Contribute, along with other EMs, to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices, tooling and culture.
• Encourage active collaboration between engineers, PMs and other EMs to ensure a cohesive working culture and fully aligned solutions.
• Hold your team - and yourself - to high professional and engineering standards while meeting key OKRs.
