What are we looking for?We are looking for a Operations Expert T24, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. Main tasks and accountabilities will be : As a member of the “IT Core Operations” team, ensure smooth running of jobs and interfaces, e.g. applications or databases.Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments.Ensure smooth running of processes and interfacesExecute and supervise the close of businessMaintaining production and test environmentsDeployment of artefacts in Production and test environmentsMonitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobsAutomate tasks where ever possibleResolves and closes incidents / service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures & allocated timelinesProvides first-line investigation and diagnosisEscalates unresolved incidents / service requests within agreed timescalesLogs relevant incident / service request details per help desk proceduresComplete daily and periodic checklistsProduce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management What UST expects from you?At least 5 years experience with T24Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scriptingKnowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4)Strong Troubleshooting skillsAbility to write technical support documentationWillingness to work flexible hours / Shifts / weekends when needed Spanish is a big plus Knowledge of j Boss and oracle will be considered as an advantageGood english level (C1) you will be working with international teams. Work locationHybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office. Work scheduleBusiness Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
