We're seeking a technical expert to provide software support to Dutch and German printer markets remotely.
You must have high proficiency in Dutch, German, and English languages.
This role involves providing technical support to clients in Netherlands and Germany, as well as troubleshooting and monitoring cases and incidents.
The ideal candidate will have fluent Dutch (C1) and German (C1), high English level (C1), and work experience in remote technical support. They should also have knowledge of systems administration, Windows environment, Linux, and Server.
Key requirements include strong communication skills, proactivity, autonomy, and experience in customer service.
In this hybrid work model, employees spend 3 days per week in the office and have opportunities for travel. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with an hour for meals.
