Responsibilities
- Collect property documentation, sign mediation agreements with owners, and ensure compliance with the company commission policy.
- Manage client relationships by providing regular feedback and reports on market status and listed properties.
- Develop business opportunities by farming potential properties, networking, and other activities.
- Handle allocated clients from initial contact to completion and post-completion sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle and offer creative solutions to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of clients' requirements and update personal databases in line with commercial needs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial areas, with specific knowledge of Madrid's key areas.Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are an asset).Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive for results.Financial acumen and ability to work in an international team.Proactive attitude and hands-on approach.Outstanding customer service levels, preferably with demanding national and international clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
