Key Responsibilities
- Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners while ensuring our company commission policy is in place.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with us.
- Develop business in assigned areas, farming potential properties to list, networking activities, etc.
- Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
- Keep the CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up-to-date and in line with commercial requirements and activity.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial areas, specific knowledge of Madrid's key areas.Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).Professional presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international collaborator team.Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.Organized, prepared to work flexible hours, and a hands-on person.Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
