Product owner

Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

What would you need? 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner (with banking or insurance experience)

Strong proficiency with Jira for backend development and project management.

Experience with one or more frontend frameworks (nice to have).

Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira), and version control tools such as Git.

Familiarity with product design and agile environments.

Proven experience with customer-centric development and web services.

Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Experience working with IT teams in the banking or insurance sector.

What will you be doing? Develop and maintain robust web applications using Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.

Create efficient, reusable front-end components with a user-centric approach (if applicable).

Design, optimize, and maintain project structures to ensure data integrity and performance.

Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and customer-oriented experience.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.

Implement strategic product decisions based on user feedback and business needs.

Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product management and customer experience.
