Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and define product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Write and prioritize clear, actionable user stories
  • Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments
  • Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile product ownership

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) with a background in banking
  • Strong proficiency in Stakeholder Management and working with Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in Product Design and collaborating closely with design teams
  • Solid knowledge of backend development and version control tools such as Git
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
