Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and define product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
Write and prioritize clear, actionable user stories
Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product increments
Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile product ownership

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) with a background in banking

Strong proficiency in Stakeholder Management and working with Scrum methodologies

Experience in Product Design and collaborating closely with design teams

Solid knowledge of backend development and version control tools such as Git

Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
