Key responsibilities :

For iCube IT Product (worldwide Importers & General Distributors New vehicle Sales platform – all Stellantis brands) :

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap (to the business, regions and IT including senior management).
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders (business, regions, importers), including IT management and business leads.
Collaborate closely with supplier’s teams, PMO and other stakeholders (including interfaced applications owners).
Manage the backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, consistent of the Product Architecture, prioritized and aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize and improve product features, functionality and performance.
Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues (Product Run).
Ensure timely delivery of product releases and updates, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Promote Product Process, Functions and Interfaces / APIs (including technical aspects) to our importers during remote and on-site face to face workshops.

Qualifications :

Automotive Sales and Logistics Functional experience.

Experience on complex and international IT projects (external partners, multicultural environment).

Team or project management experience.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Ability to communicate in an appropriate way to various stakeholders (partners, top management, ICT suppliers, business, etc.)

Availability for occasional travel is required.

Nice to have :

Fluent in French or Italian
