To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Spain (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible.

This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. It is responsible for its dedicated region and can be based in our office in Madrid or work remotely from Bilbao or Sevilla .

Your Job

  • You will identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in your region of Spain.
  • You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships .
  • You will organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
  • You will define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure strategic and commercial development.
  • You will participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
  • You will create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to meet business targets in Spain.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, and act as a key external contact representing the company professionally.
  • You will update our CRM system regularly with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Spain are considered a strong asset for this role.

Your Profile

  • You possess solid IT knowledge, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services, gained through education or equivalent qualifications.
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
  • You have relevant experience working with sales partners and distributors in Spain, successfully developing these partnerships strategically and economically.
  • You are an excellent communicator, confident and professional in interactions with partners and customers.
  • You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings and negotiations.
  • You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent command of Spanish and at least B2 level of English, both spoken and written.
  • You are driven by achievements and pursue quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
  • You are highly organized and skilled at prioritizing tasks to support the company's growth.
