What You'll Do

• Support our HR Business Partners with daily operational tasks across Spain, Germany, France, and Switzerland
• Assist with the coordination and follow-up of probation period reviews.
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries.
• Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow-ups.
• Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts.
• Contribute to the coordination of the company's 360° performance review process.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
