As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, you will ensure long-term sustainability and scalability, aligning with our mission. Mission :

Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading financial strategy with a long-term vision and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Strategy & Leadership : Define and implement global financial strategies aligned with growth goals. Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board. Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset to pursue growth while maintaining financial stability.
• Planning, Control & Reporting : Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Deliver clear financial reports to stakeholders. Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting.
• Business Partnering & Scalability : Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions. Evaluate new business opportunities. Optimize costs and automate processes.
• Financial Operations & Controls : Oversee settlement and reconciliation processes with insurance carriers. Manage monthly financial reconciliation and settlements.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with standards and laws. Develop risk management frameworks. Uphold integrity, ethics, and transparency.

Schedule & Location :

Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours / day). 100% remote, based in Barcelona (candidates must be Spanish residents with legal work authorization).
