Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Fractional CTO to support our clients' growth journey in a PE-backed SaaS business. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute the technology roadmap, strengthen our product and engineering capabilities, and ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and fit for future growth.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned technology leader who understands the demands of scaling a SaaS platform in a private equity context.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess current tech stack, architecture, and team structure; define a clear, pragmatic technology roadmap
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and resilience to support growth objectives
• Introduce engineering best practices and help optimise delivery processes (DevOps, CI / CD, testing, etc.)
• Define and implement cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Advise on technical team development – including hiring, leadership coaching, and org design
• Support product and commercial leadership in shaping the product roadmap
• Work with PE investors on tech due diligence, value creation initiatives, and exit readiness
• Provide hands-on support where needed, while empowering internal teams to deliver
