We are looking to incorporate an Academic Advisor for our master's and continuing education programs.

Overview

Academic Advisor position for masters and continuing education programs. This role focuses on guiding prospective students through inquiries and admissions, with an emphasis on satisfaction, retention, and successful program enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Possess a strong knowledge of our programs and the Elisava brand
• Manage inquiries and admissions requests from both domestic and international prospective students
• Use CRM and internal management software
• Provide guidance to prospective students regarding programs and admission procedures
• Maintain thorough follow-up on all opportunities, with a daily schedule and reporting as set by the department head
• Monitor candidates from their initial contact to enrollment
• Handle other administrative tasks
