ROLE SUMMARY :

The British College of Gavà seeks to appoint an Admissions Officer and Extracurricular Activities Coordinator starting June 2025, on a permanent, full-time basis.

This dual-role position supports student enrollment and enhances the student experience through vibrant extracurricular programming.

The successful candidate will play a key role in secondary student recruitment, working with the Head of Admissions to process applications, ensure procedural accuracy, and assist parents with admissions inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Admissions Officer Duties :

• Lead student recruitment initiatives, including open days, parent visits, and community outreach.
• Show the BCG site to prospective families.
• Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Review applications, academic records, and related documents to assess eligibility.
• Coordinate and participate in admission events, interviews, and testing.
• Maintain admissions databases and generate reports on enrollment metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing on admissions materials and digital outreach.
