The Scientific Advisor is an important figure in the development and consolidation of the medical-scientific positioning of the company's products at national and international level. In a context of strong global expansion, he / she will provide support to subsidiaries and commercial partners, ensuring the correct communication of clinical evidence and alignment with global medical strategies. He / she will also actively lead the implementation, execution and follow-up of international clinical studies.

What you’ll do :

• Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of clinical studies (clinical trials, observational studies, registries and IITs), ensuring alignment with the global medical strategy.
• Develop and execute medical plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives, both locally and internationally.
• Provide scientific and technical support to internal teams (Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Business Development).
• Establish and maintain relationships with opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate medical-scientific activities with international subsidiaries and partners, ensuring the continuous updating of local teams.
• Actively participate in scientific congresses, symposiums, advisory boards and international medical events.
• Contribute to the generation and dissemination of clinical data through scientific publications, posters and abstracts.
• Review and validate scientific and training materials.
• Conduct medical training for internal teams and international partners.
• Collect and analyze medical insights to feed the product strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations on scientific information and clinical trials.
