Instructional Designer

Within a medical device environment, work with the QARA Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and certification of software products.

This position is part of the Digital Solutions Service team located in Lliçá d´Amunt (Barcelona) that provides 2nd level support to Werfen Affiliates and distributors internationally on regards of Digital Solutions.

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, creating, implementing, developing and evaluating new, engaging, and effective training and technical education programs.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to work together with the members of the Digital Solutions Service team and other instructional designers evolving the current trainings, adapting to the learning methodologies, focusing on remote education in a very international environment

Key Accountabilities

Be a key part of a team where you will :

• Design, develop and document learning solution programs that support learning best practices, address needs identified in a job / task analysis and improve the performance of Digital Solutions Service Community members and affiliates.
• Follow the standard ADDIE instructional Design processes, including :
• Participating in the need’s analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training materials.
• Interact with our team members for planning and scoping training requirements.
• Attending to trainings deliveries to analyze the current structure and propose improvements.
• Developing course-specific job aids and performance support materials.
• Participate in the creation of the Trainings and Webinars calendar.
• Partner with other members of Corporate Trainings Groups to adapt trainings into eLearning formats.
• Participate in the reviewing of the training materials and deliverables to ensure the highest quality.
• Creation of video deliveries for Trainings and Webinars based on the material provided by the Digital Solutions Service team.
• Create and follow the learning delivery standard and process.
