Overview

We offer a comprehensive platform for human capital management solutions.

You will support sales teams and initiatives by developing, implementing, and maintaining live and offline Global Payroll demo applications and tools.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to build various demonstration assets that deliver the latest features.

You will partner with sales, product management, and other key stakeholders to assess the impact and planning of the demonstration environment.

You will solve clients' challenges by highlighting user journeys through system configuration and storytelling.
You will increase sales performance by working directly with our sales consultant teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain Global Payroll sales demo assets.

Partner with Product Teams, Program Development, and IT to upgrade and test the demo environment as new functionality is introduced.

Organize and document Sales Field feedback.

Manage feedback to determine if corrections are needed or new features need to be added.

Maintain a consistent data set across all sales demo solutions.

Prepare documentation such as release announcements, navigation guides, installation instructions, and status reports.

Analyze and configure client-specific scenarios to ensure successful demonstrations in the sales process.

Review technical requirements supplied by Product Management to determine development and implementation of sales demo assets.

Develop and deploy sales demo asset documentation that incorporates marketing messages and emphasizes the ADP value proposition.

Coordinate sales demo asset deployment to the field.

Provide 1st-tier support to sales teams for demo tools.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and skills may be considered in lieu of education.
