Senior Mobile Solutions Specialist

Job Overview :

• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline support for mobile device management-related issues, including device connectivity, managed application installations, and configuration problems.
• They will also facilitate the enrollment of mobile devices into the MDM system and manage device provisioning to ensure proper configurations and adherence to security protocols.
• An additional responsibility will be to implement and enforce security measures for mobile devices, including encryption, remote wipe, and password policies.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be able to collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device challenges.
• Key performance indicators will include ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and industry regulations, as well as monitoring and assessing the impact of software updates on device performance.
• Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining documentation related to MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.
• This role requires participation in technical support activities relating to the integration of hardware, operating system, and application software for mobile devices under iOS and Android OS.
