Lead Engineer

We are working with a client who is looking for a Lead Engineer. This person will take full ownership of designing, implementing, and managing the motor assembly line.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, layout, and commissioning of the assembly line.
• Work with R&D and product design to incorporate manufacturability into the design.
• Select and integrate appropriate tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation solutions.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes across the assembly line.
