About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Management : Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Dealer Assistance : Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
- Sales Optimization : Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion
