Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Development team in Madrid. In this key role, you’ll help unlock potential by taking ownership of commercial coordination, reporting, and cross-functional support — enabling our sales team to focus on what they do best : growing our business.

The Role

As Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for sales process support, customer documentation, and business insights. You’ll bring order, structure, and reliability to the way we work with customers, systems, and data. You’ll also act as a connector between Business Development and functions like Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

It’s a role for someone who loves detail, thrives on structure, and enjoys making processes work better for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, contracts, pricing documents and commercial correspondence
• Keep Salesforce opportunities accurate and up to date
• Support with business cases, tenders, pipeline reports and onboarding
• Coordinate communication with customers (e.g. updates, reports, trade fair logistics)
• Bridge the gap between Business Development and other departments
• Ensure documentation and SOX controls are audit-ready
• Help sites and BD teams with tools like Boltrics, stock control, and performance reports
• Analyse customer volumes, profitability, and trends to support decision-making
• Produce dashboards and insights in collaboration with Finance and Controlling
