We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead Management :

Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chatsDealer Assistance :

Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logisticsCRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversionWho You Are :
