Responsibilities🚀

Prospect new customers through cold-calling.

Work with our Sales and Marketing team to analyze new opportunities.

Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers as well as prospecting new ones that may present new business opportunities for haddock.

Direct and close sales of potentially qualified leads, as well as provide an excellent customer experience.

Understand the needs of the customer so that haddock is the key tool in their business.

Be a reference figure for our customers in the sales and post-sales process.

Feed and update the database of our CRM.

Work closely with our Head of Sales and the rest of the sales team to meet the weekly and monthly KPIs.

Skills and Experience📚

You have 2-3 years experience, especially in closing sales processes. Also previous experience in B2B and / or SaaS companies is highly recommended.

You love restoration and restorers. It is a plus to have worked in restoration.

You know how to use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You’ll stand out if you bring ⚡️

Previous experience working at a fast-paced startup

Previous experience working in a SaaS product

Experience working in the HORECA sector
