At Factorial HR, we are looking for a Strategic Account Executive - Partners to join our team and help us continue driving the growth of our company.

The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive - Partners to manage and grow our relationships with strategic partners, close high-impact business deals, and help strengthen Factorial's presence in the market. The focus will be on executing joint strategies, maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving established KPIs.

What will you be doing :

  • Close business deals with leads generated by strategic partners.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of joint strategies to increase conversion rates, including attending events and other activities.
  • Strengthen relationships with partners to ensure their commitment to business generation and ongoing collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for your assigned portfolio, such as scheduled demos, revenue generated, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver the best experience to our partners.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment or digital transformation companies.
  • Passionate about sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage executive-level negotiations.
  • Proactive, with an analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing sales KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Advanced Spanish and professional English proficiency are required. We’re an international team!

  • Knowledge of social selling strategies, especially on LinkedIn.
