Job Description : Sales Role at Haddock

Haddock is the first Point of Control (POC) SaaS solution designed for restaurants in Europe to manage every aspect of their business from one platform, enhancing control and operational efficiency.

About Haddock : Haddock has been part of the program offered by the renowned accelerator Y Combinator . We are backed by investors such as JME, Decelera, Extension Fund, Wayra , and Zone2Boost .

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new customers through cold-calling.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze new opportunities.
  • Maintain and promote relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Close sales of qualified leads and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Understand customer needs to position Haddock as a key tool for their business.
  • Serve as a reference point for customers during sales and post-sales processes.
  • Update and feed the CRM database.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.

Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in closing sales, especially in B2B and / or SaaS companies.
  • Passion for restoration and restorers; experience in the sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced startups.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Background in the HORECA sector.
