As a HR Intern, you will :

• HR Administration : Ensure smooth management of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee file updates, and handling absences and personal data.
• Employee Support : Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries on absences, payroll, and other HR matters. You'll also oversee the intern experience by conducting mid-internship and exit interviews.
• Manager Support : Assist the HR team in advising managers on HR policies and regulatory compliance, while contributing to talent development and retention initiatives.
• HR Projects : Participate in transversal HR projects in Barcelona, including diversity and inclusion, HR training for managers, process improvement, and employee retention.
