As a Curriculum Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and designing innovative educational programs that blend academic rigor with local culture and context. You will work closely with a team of curriculum designers to create engaging, adaptable, and place-based learning experiences across all age groups and locations. Your leadership will ensure that our curriculum remains dynamic, high-quality, and aligned with the educational goals, while maintaining a focus on cultural immersion and student growth.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the creation, review, and improvement of curriculum for multiple educational stages across all locations.
• Design and implement summer programs that align with the company’s educational philosophy and meet the specific needs of students.
• Develop and integrate place-based learning elements reflecting the local cultures, environments, and resources of each location.
• Manage the alignment of assessment practices with educational goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and student progression.
• Oversee relationships with third-party academic providers to ensure smooth integration and ongoing development.
• Lead training programs for education staff, ensuring high-quality implementation across all locations and maintaining professional development standards.
• Mentor and manage a team of curriculum designers, establishing clear goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Engage with families to gather feedback, ensuring curriculum evolution in response to their needs.
