Descripción del trabajoAdministration, maintenance and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD etc.) Administration and configuration of Windows client and mobile devices. Support of the IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, servers, security solutions). User support for IT queries and support for users when using our IT solutions. Creating and maintaining IT documentation and training employees on IT topics. Harmonization of the hybrid IT environment in collaboration with external service providers. Control and monitor various service providers. Manage IT workstations, e.g. for onboarding and offboarding. Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification. Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and the associated tools, ideally in hybrid environments. Knowledge of standard technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching, file and print services and IT security. Experience in IT support and error analysis. Good communication skills in German and English and enjoy working with end users. Willingness to tackle operational challenges independently and pragmatically. Structured, independent way of working and solution-oriented, analytical skills. Occasional willingness to travel to our German and Dutch locations. In order to achieve its care goals together with its business partners, the DIETZ GROUP relies on the application of global standards. The headquarters of the group of companies, which is active throughout Europe, is in Karlsbad in Baden-Württemberg, while product development is based in Hamburg, which was founded in 2008.
The subsidiary DIETZ Power in Helmond, the Netherlands, joined the DIETZ GROUP in 2017. The company specializes in the design and production of individually customized power wheelchairs in modular design as well as special constructions.
